We are a family owned and operated RV park just moments from Norfork Lake and the best restaurants in our area. Our park offers a private and beautifully manicured space for 10 RVs with full hook ups. We will work hard to keep a respectful and quiet park that caters to our patrons and their needs.

Your hosts are really pleased that you chose Mallard Point RV Park. We want to make your stay a pleasant one.

Please feel free to call and talk with us. We will gladly answer any questions or make helpful recommendations

so that you may enjoy our area to its fullest. If we may assist you in any way, please let us know.

Rules and Regulations

Effective June 1, 2023

1. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. on last day of your lease.

2. $30.00 fee for any returned checks.

3. Campers and their guest shall not disturb or annoy other campers in the park. All campers must obey

the quiet hours between 9:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.

4. Parents are responsible for children’s actions and safety. Children not accompanied by an adult must be at

their park site by 9:00 p.m.

5. Alcohol consumption is allowed at personal camper site only. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in public

use areas/common grounds.

6. Washing of campers is allowed for a fee of $10.00 per wash. You must pay in advance and receive approval

before washing. No draining gray water on site.

7. Site rent is due in advance. Rent is due on your start date or no later than five days from due date.

8. We have the right to rent your site if you have not notified the office that you wish to stay longer, or if

your site fees have not been paid.

9. Under our lease agreement if you decide to leave early or management has had to ask you to leave for any

reason, a refund will NOT be issued. The security deposit will be refunded within six to eight weeks after

your departure. It is required that your site be left clean and will be inspected after check-out. If cleanup is

necessary, there will be a decrease in security deposit.

10. Each site is allowed only one vehicle on their site other than their camper. Any additional vehicles are to be

Approved by the Park Management as the site space permits. Please keep vehicles off the grass.

11. Speed limit of 5 miles per hour or less must be adhered to at all times. Motorcycles to be ridden to and from

site only.

12. Place garbage in the dumpsters. The dump station is located to the right side of park entrance.

13. Occupancy Limitations: Normal occupancy for our base rate is 2 adults. _____________________________


14. Your camp site must be maintained so that our grounds person may cut your grass and maintain the

sites without having to move your items. The only items allowed outside your RV on your site are table,

chairs, umbrella, BBQ grill and propane tank. All other items must be approved by Park Management.

15. We are not responsible for your items on your site.

16. There should not be any vehicle repairs made in the park, ie., oil changes, motor repair, and so forth.

17. There should not be any vehicles on your site that are not in mechanically running order. If a vehicle is

on your site and is not operable it needs to be removed from the park.

18. You must maintain your camper in good and safe condition.

19. Each site is allowed one (1) pet. Pets must always be on a leash. All pet waste MUST be picked up and

disposed of by the owner. There are pet waste bags provided by the park. No pets are to be left at the RV

Park unattended.

20. Listed are examples of what you can NOT have on your site: ladders or work equipment, any type of

items stored outside or under your camper, appliances (freezers, hot water heaters), furniture not

intended for outside use, camper or vehicle parts (camper awnings, tires), wooden or cardboard boxes,

camper or auto repair items, ropes, clotheslines, or chairs may not be attached to any park item, no

type of rug or mat may be placed on the grass. There are NO pallets allowed. There will be NO pools

of any kind allowed on site. There will be no construction equipment allowed on site. We will be checking,

and this is going to be strictly enforced.

21. Porches are to be no bigger than four-by-four.

22. Laundry facility and a restroom are provided for your convenience. Each Tenant is responsible to clean

behind themselves and leave both of these rooms ready for the next Tenant to use. Only Park Tenants and

their guests with Management approval are allowed to use this facility and all common grounds in the park.

23. Please do not move from your assigned site to another site without authorization.

24. Only one RV unit is allowed per site.

25. Any Tenant/Guest destroying or damaging property will be expected to make due restitution.

26. Management assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause.

27. Respect your neighbor’s site. Please do not trespass through their site.

28. Termination of tenancy can result from violating park rules or objectionable conduct and will be at the

discretion of Management.

29. Management reserves the right to cancel rental agreement on case-by-case basis.
